Valor PayTech

QuickBooks integration

When QuickBooks is how you run the business, your payment stack should feed it—not the other way around. With Valor PayTech on an Omega program that includes QuickBooks handoff, you can reduce duplicate entry, keep invoices and payments aligned, and reconcile faster whether customers pay in the portal or at the counter.

Program and portal settings

QuickBooks features are enabled per your Valor Portal and merchant account. If something is not visible in your portal, contact your Omega representative and we will help confirm what is included on your program.

What merchants gain with Omega + Valor + QuickBooks

Omega helps you deploy Valor on terms that fit your volume and back office. When QuickBooks integration is in your program, the point is fewer hours on spreadsheets and fewer mismatches between money collected and what landed in QuickBooks.

  • Less manual typing from terminal or portal into QuickBooks—so month-end closes feel less like detective work.
  • Cleaner alignment between invoices, payments, and reports when your workflow is split between online and in-store.
  • One partner (Omega) for equipment, gateway, and how your stack should connect—so you are not chasing three vendors for one reconciliation issue.

Virtual Terminal (Valor Portal)

Portal-based and card-not-present flows are where many businesses feel the pain of double entry first. Valor is built so those payments can feed QuickBooks—so your team spends time on customers, not re-keying ticket amounts.

  • Transactions processed through the Valor Portal can post to QuickBooks so invoices and payment records stay aligned.
  • Dedicated QuickBooks-oriented reporting helps you monitor synced activity and invoice status.
  • Customer lists and product details can stay consistent between QuickBooks and the Valor Portal when integration is enabled.

POS card-present

In-store sales should hit the same books as your online and invoice volume. On supported setups, card-present activity can sync into QuickBooks so your front counter and your accountant are looking at the same story.

  • Card-present sales on supported POS terminals can sync into QuickBooks for in-person payment workflows.
  • Invoice numbering can be automated to cut manual entry on qualifying setups.
  • Payments from supported terminals are recorded in QuickBooks for easier reconciliation.
